Established in late 2023, HCA Invest is a Danish venture fund focused on supporting high-growth companies across the Nordic region. As part of its mission to drive innovation and scale, HCA Invest made its first investment in Creative Force, a leading Danish SaaS company. Though operating under the broader HC Andersen Capital umbrella, HCA Invest maintains operational independence through its own board and investment committee.

In addition to venture investments, HCA Invest is also behind HCA Invest Globale Aktier — a globally diversified equity fund launched under IA Invest. The fund targets long-term capital growth through a disciplined, research-driven approach. It invests in 20–30 high-quality global companies, employing deep fundamental analysis and active risk management — with no exposure to Danish equities to avoid potential conflicts of interest

Lutz is the Managing Partner at Luxinvest, focusing on property investments in Denmark and Germany, along with other investment projects.

Tue Østergaard

Tue is the Founder and CEO of HCA Invest and HC Andersen Capital. He has held leadership positions at ABG Sundal Collier and Nordea Markets and currently serves as Chairman of GreenMobility and Solitwork.

Torben Harring

Torben has over 20 years of leadership experience in global corporations. He is the CEO of RelyOn Nutec and has held executive roles at Falck Safety Services and DONG Energy.

Kasper Lihn

Kasper is the Head of Research and Managing Director at HC Andersen Capital. He has co-founded companies and services including Board Talent and Sharemate.
